Black Teas

Irish Lavender: organic black teas & lavender. This tea is like Earl Grey but without the strong flavor and scent of bergamot. The lavender gives the Irish black tea a nice earthy/floral note.

Paradise: Passion fruit, mango, cornflowers, black tea, blue mallow blossoms, marigolds, safflower, tropical flavorings. This is our most popular tea. It smells like tropical fruit salad and makes the best iced tea.

Ceylon: (Broken Orange Pekoe) This is a really nice everyday black tea.

Decaffeinating your own tea:

Most of the caffeine in tea comes to the surface of the leaves while they are being dried. You can take up to 90% of the caffeine out of any tea including black by “washing” the tea leaves. Here’s how:

Pour just enough boiling water over your measured amount of tea until covered, wait about 30 seconds, pour off the caffeine-water and make your tea as usual.

If the tea seems too weak once you’ve decaffeinated it use an extra teaspoon of leaves next time.

Green Teas

Sencha Rose: Organic Sencha green tea, rose buds, organic orange peel. Delicate green tea with hints of roses and orange.

Gunpowder Green: This tea is called Gunpowder because it is rolled into little pellets that look like gunpowder pellets. Rolling the leaves tightly this way protects it’s quality and freshness and makes a full-bodied, slightly smoky green tea.

White Teas

White Tea: White tea is the least processed of all teas and makes a very delicate, gold colored tea.

White Lemon: white tea, organic lemongrass & lemon peel. Awesome white tea made better with lemon.

Herbal Teas (caffeine-free)

Peppermint: organic peppermint leaves, stevia. Stevia is a South American herb that is up to 30 times sweeter than sugar. The slight sweetness it gives to peppermint tea is excellent.

Dream Tea: chamomile flowers, raspberry leaves, lemongrass, lavender. Nice herbal tea. Perfect for before bed.
