Lindsey runs the small raw milk dairy and creamery. She has 3 Jersey cows that produce wonderfully creamy milk. This can be purchased off the farm by appointment or in Eatonville at the Mountain Community Co-Op. She also makes an excellent English style hard cheese. This can also be purchased at the farm.
As if she doesn’t have enough to do Lindsey has been developing a loose tea business. She really loves tea.

We are a small working farm in the shadow of Mt Rainier. We offer custom spinning of your loose roving into yarn. We produce 5 sizes of yarn. We also offer hand spinning fiber for those who love the enjoyment of producing there own yarn. My fiber love is exotics so you will find a nice selection of these available as well as some beautiful wool roving. I have finally talked Alice Mattson of Reflection farm into letting me put her wonderful Rainbow Roving on the internet. Be watching for that to get loaded.
